A process in which ambiguous atomic nuclei delivered subatomic particles is called as Radioactivity. The idea of radioactivity is commonly observed in elements like uranium. French physicist, Antoine Henri Becquerel was the first to be discovered radioactivity in the year 1896. He made this discovery when he examines phosphorescent materials. He was awarded with the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1903 for his great discovery of radioactivity.
