The New River or Wood’s River which is located in the United States. It flows through the Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina states of US. Its length is just about 515 kilometers. It was discovered in 1671 by English explorer, Abraham Wood while he was on his voyage to Virginia. He was born on 1614 in England.
