Quantum physics (also known as quantum theory) is known as branch of science or physics which depicts the behavior and nature of energy and matter. This quantum physics or theory was discovered and presented in 1900 by German physicist, Max Karl Ernst Ludwig Planck.

He won the 1918 Nobel Prize in the field of physics. Later, Austrian physicist named Erwin Schrodinger also contributed to the development of quantum mechanics by discovering the wave equation.
